Food from the garden
We had so many carrots, we ate a lot and I grated some and froze them, to use in vegan carrot muffins.
Then we ate lots and lots of zucchini until we had enough, and I pickled the rest.
We ate beans, and dried some to sow next year.
This carrot came from the tiny garden in front of our house.
A gooseberry pie, finally! Just like in Snowwhite :)
We had a blackberry bush this year and a blueberry bush and I loved it so much! These berries are very expensive on the market, so jus going out and picking some is the nicest thing. They had only a little yield this year but will be better next year I think.
