The best, best, best thing of gardening is discovering your veggie plant growing actual vegetables, all baby sized, getting ready to be eaten in a little while!

This cauliflower is tiiiny, smaller than my fist.

The soil in my garden is really good, so last year I planted three strawberry plants, and now I have them growing almost everywhere. Yummy though!

I'm looking so much forward to this rhubarb! Homegrown rhubarb in a crumble is the best thing ever.

We suspect this to be Chinese cabbage, but I completely lost track of what went where, so it could be anything.

My garden also has leek, different kinds of cabbage, lettuce, tomatoes, potatoes, and beets. I think growing vegetables is quite an exciting adventure! I really wanted two chickens in my garden but I heard they would lay about 12 eggs a week in total, and I don't know what I'd do with 12 eggs. How cute would that be though, chicks in your garden? :D

That mini cauliflower is the cutest ever! <3
I always used to love growing vegetables when I still lived at my parents and had a garden. Just to see if they will grow, it's so exciting!

BTW about chickens... I thought they only lay eggs when there's a rooster around?

It really is exciting :D I thought chickens always lay eggs, but only make new little chickens when a rooster is around? I'll look into it, I definitely don't want a rooster! XD
